Sen. Lautenberg (D-NJ) today met with Supreme Court nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor. Lautenberg has called Sotomayor's nomination historic and said that she has distinguished herself on the Court of Appeals with her knowledge, expertise and judgment. The Senate is expected to vote on her nomination in July. (June 16, 2009)
